ABOUT US
Forza Meats is a full-service butcher shop along with an Italian market and kitchen. We offer premium cuts of all-natural, pasture-raised beef, pork, poultry and lamb, along with an array of house-made sausages. In addition to butchery services we also offer fresh-made sandwiches, salads and deli sides, as well as a rotating cast of take-and-bake entrees, pizzas, and a selection of imported and domestic Italian specialty items. We provide catering services for parties of virtually any size, with a focus on old-world Italian recipes, but the range to craft a menu to your taste.

FRESH LOCALLY-SOURCED MEATS
We offer a wide array of all-natural beef, pork, lamb, and poultry from farms right here in Illinois, as well as steakhouse-style cuts from premium producers. All our burgers and sausages are made by hand in-house!
SANDWICHES & DELI
Our sandwich menu features 25 different signature sandwiches, including hot and cold sub and pressed panini. Deli salads are prepped daily and both imported and domestic deli meats and cheeses are sliced to order.
KITCHEN
Our full kitchen offers a nightly dinner special for carryout 5 days a week, and maintains an extensive menu of take-and-bake entrees and sides with an Italian focus. Green salads are made year round and house-made soups seasonally!
